hi to everybody

at first excuse me about my english and plz write ur answers by sipmle word!
I am a admin of a ISP in iran. in iran most of the sites filtered by data communication center and we don't have permision to use internet via sat so I have a question:
can I configure my cache (ISA or Squid)to use proxy for some web sites (not for all).
and my users don't set anything on their systems!

you need to use abroad proxy or socks server for this, not local proxy server.

This is the goverment policy about limiting access to the sites they don't like.
AFAIK, they are monitoring the network connections and including to the block list all the sites they don't like. At least they do so in Kuwait.
I think they will block your connection to the external proxy.
you can try however rent some server in hosting company in usa f.e. and setup proxy, and better even VPN to this server from your gateway.
