Can anyone tell me if there is a way to convert an e-mail address to a persons identity with out contacting isp? all I`m searching for is a name.

Hi,

there was one on whowhere.lycos.com , whereby you could search by e-mail id. It only worked if you give the correct name when you made your mail id and also that your mail mode was public. may be they took out that utility because of mail harvesters.
