Ive been having some trouble with cain and abel not picking some of the wifis in my area even though i can see them when try to connect to networks. i currently dont have internet do i need to have it

I'm not sure what you want to do. Are you trying to connect to open networks? Just use windows to connect. If you are trying to get in ******* networks using cain&able, you will need the wireless adapter from Cace technologies. Its expensive.

im trying to hack into ******* wep networks with it. and i have heard of back***** but i cant use it because im running windows and i thought back***** is only for linux OS

back***** is a linux boot disk that you can run in windows. There are many tutorials, google for them.

what about cain and abel? can that be used also to hack wifi while offline? cause? it seems much easier then all that vmware dual booting partion ubtun back***** stuff. i just need a simple one.

slap, as I posted earlier, to use C&A to crack wep, you need a special adapter from cace, and its very expensive.

It is difficult. You can use cain&able with the special adapter or aircrackng gathering iv's for a long time. back***** is the way to go.

well see i always hear about back***** live cd. is back***** a cd i have to order? and when i look it up it always has to do with linux and rememeber im running 2 comps with vista and win 7

Most usb adapters are not supported(last time I checked) but many cards are, you will need to check at the site. Give it a try.

hmm ok but since im running vista is there anyway i can instal BT on a flashdrive that way i can boot with it and use it without having to instal it on my comp so i dont risk fucking up windows
