When i close the Internet Explorer or Outlook an autodailer is aktived and when i break it a new try of connection is happen - What make thise Shit bat runonce is emty.

not really sure what u said in that last sentance, but the rest i understood. to get rid of an autodialer just run something like spybot serch and destroy or adaware, a virus scanner might work too.
