Also try [url]http://www.vxip.net/index.php?page=locate[/url] . I found this one better than Geobytes or Ip2location.
I have only the e-mail address of the person I want to get the IP from how would I get it without them knowing that I got it? or just get it, I don't really care if they know.

I actually wonder... is it a crime to find someone's IP address if you don't do any harm? If so, how can I find out someone's IP addy who said that he/she can read my IP?
