If you get a chance to get on her computer, you could install a keylogger then. Or a trogan horse that you can communicate with your computer and send you the key logs.

Also, Yahoo has a Message Archive. If she has not disabled it and you can get those files from Yahoo!\Messenger\Profiles\<her Yahoo ID>\Archive\Messages
Those logs are encrypted but there are programs to decrypt them so you can view what she has been chatting about and with whom.
You can get these programs from:

PCAnywhere could also be useful if she is completely computer illiterate like most people.
