Well in the first post the site which you have mention here its a really very nice site. I like its all of the functionalities as well as all of its features. But its my bad luck that the link is in the second post not possible to open in my system. It is working with all of others or not I don't know but on my system its showing me "Page can not display error".
First site is good, it has all the tools for searching IP by country. 2nd link is less useful but this is also good.
It is a helpful site to search a location by IP adress but if the IP is changeable?

Hey everyone i was wondering if someone could help me????? my computer was stolen from my home two days ago, and i want it back before anything happens to it, i have a lot of things that would be used against me. I believe my friend who was staying with me took it, which he told me he didn't the only reason for this is because only my computer was taken from my home, they left my wiii all my movies and games for my wii and my playstation 2..... i had another computer in plane sight that they didn't even take it. The computer that they took they took the power cored and the mouse with it. Sorry to let everyone know it was a laptop. Now telling you the story can anyone tell me how i can ***** down my computer by searching for the IP address????? If i can, can you tell me how to get the IP address and how can i ***** it to him....... Hold down the windows logo key on your key***rd and push R on the key***rd. When the Run dialog box comes up (let go of the windows key if you havent yet) type in CMD and press enter. Type in "ipconfig" without the quotes and press enter. It should display your IP address.

recently i find the location of a domain by using ip address here[URL="http://www.whoisxy.com/"] http://www.whoisxy.com/[/URL]
From the ip you can only get a rough location of where the ip is. In some cases the country and in others even the city. To get even deeper only the isp can tell and they don't do it for security reasons except for authorities.

You will need help from the offenders isp for that. And it will probably require a court order. You can report the ip address to the isp's abuse email address, but it probably won't help.

this way you find it.
If you are on a local network, like a wireless or shared netowrk. Open a command prompt by going to run in xp and typing "cmd" or just search in vista for "cmd" When the command prompt comes up type "ipconfig" and hit enter. This will tell you your ip address of your computer.

On my facebook account as well as just general browsing, i've found that the ad companies have no problem finding my IP and where i live. I noticed a few things that kind of freaked me out, the region specific ads, and ads based on my previous browsing...so these posts area all good ways to find my IP if i need it, but what about hiding my IP? Most of the websites i've found that do this for me look like adult entertainment websites! hah, as in the quality seems to be low and they are full of ads...which is questionable to me. sorry so long...just trying to get some insight. Can my computer mask or redirect my IP?

This is also used to get the location , longitude, latitude like this details.
