Google Chrome
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_Chrome
It's a browser being made by Google. I might try it soon, but due to some 'torrential' downpours, I can't download very fast now.
So someone try it out and tell me what it's like. I'm dying to know! :D

It will be interesting to see how it works out. Chrome vs internet explorer vs firefox.

I've installed it on the first day...was soo excited but my excitement went down pretty much instantly when I found out that it doesn't have Google Toolbar...as a result of that I am not using it now..will use it when the release the toolbar pl***in...
but anyway, there's no doubt that Chrome will kill Firefox. IE is dead anyway. Btw, was reading an interesting article on Microsofts next move on the mobile market...you might be interested to read...really nice article indeed...

Chrome is the best browser, when i first downloaded it, my internet was running at a lighting speed, i even checked my speed
http://www.ip-details.com/internet-speed-test/
and it was normal too, hitherto i used firefox which chocked my browsing capabilities .
But the only one advantage with firefox is that it has more add ons, which makes things much easier

google chrome is the best browser.IT looks simple.and its functionality is simple too.but is has all new add-ons and lightning speed. It is very easy to download and installed.I like it very much.I am happy to use it.

Google Chrome is a web browser, like Internet Explorer. It's currently still in its early stages of life, so there are still bugs (such as crashing allot on certain PC's). It's a very simple browser, so if you want any level of customization go for something like Firefox. Google Chrome may be slightly faster than Firefox at some tasks, but I would say Firefox is the best all-round, everyday, browser.

It's in beta. You can download it online, although it's not much to look at. You'll need a steady Internet connection to even log in. If you want to test-run Chrome OS without that hassle, just try the Chrome browser -- it's basically the same thing, so just imagine using it without anything else.
Oh, and Chrome OS is based on Linux, so it's not too much of a total rewrite.

Google Chrome Frame is an early-stage open source plug-in that seamlessly brings Google Chrome's open web technologies and speedy JavaScript engine to Internet Explorer. With Google Chrome Frame, you can:
* Start using open web technologies - like the HTML5 canvas tag - right away, even technologies that aren't yet supported in Internet Explorer 6, 7, or 8.
* Take advantage of JavaScript performance improvements to make your apps faster and more responsive.

It' an optimized version of a browser. All the junk has been removed. It uses plug in so everyone can make it into the browser they want, not one forced on them.

If you're using Internet Explorer, using a a broken condom on an AIDS ridden hooker is safer, so yes, Chrome is safe.

I love the new browser and I think it's going to kill IE. It's just a better browser all together - and super fast. My favorite things about it is that it runs Javascript code much faster and that makes Google docs so much better!

I loaded it on my old, extremely slow computer and it made things move much quicker. Loved it so much I loaded it on my new laptop as soon as I got it! Fantastic browser!!

Google Chrome (web browser) has just hit the world. Google Chrome backup is a small tool to create, backup, restore and manage Google Chrome profiles. The profile holds personal data like history, bookmarks, etc. Everything is done with one click. Latest version also supports Chromium, which modified version of Google Chrome, for portable use.

I've tried out Google Chrome and like it for it's speed. I couldn't really use it because it didn't have the plugins I need that I had on Firefox. But I will say to keep checking back because they are adding plugins every day for Chrome. After seeing how fast Chrome was, I kind of hate the speed of Firefox now. I just didn't realize how slow Firefox was until I tried Chrome.
-
im using chrome from long time, its smooth and fast
but i still prefer firefox
-
I have both Chrome and Firefox installed on my computer. Chrome is nice and fast, and will probably be great one day, but for now it's not mature enough for me to use as my main browser. I also rely on all the plugins available for Firefox.
You might also want to consider Opera. It's a very fast, secure and mature browser. I would use it as my primary one except for the lack of certain plugins.

I just downloaded it *0 minutes ago--and I can assure you that I noticed its noticabely faster then my Fire Fox * browser. Sources from Wikipeida also claim it as well--possibly even surpassing Safari Browser's speed.
As for IE.. I really hate that browser. Its by far one of the slowest browsers currently and it crashes often from my experience for using it for more than *0 years. When Fire Fox came out, I really felt like I was saved.
Fire Fox will still be my main, but Google Chrome is really starting to grow on me already.
Chrome is only in its beta stages and looks pretty simplistic right now--since it just came out. While it is simplistic though, its still quite efficient. I really like how Google Chrome's tab layout. Its much easier to move around the tabs as well. Not to mention--if you have FireFox already--it will give you a notice that it will save all your book marks from FF as well as any saved passwords.
So.. So far, I think its pretty cool! . I can't wait for *rd party devs to make applications for it though!

In slightly more than a year, Google Chrome has surprised users and critics alike by leapfrogging to more than 4 percent of the browser market share. That attention and heavy usage is not undeserved. Chrome 4 is blazingly fast, more stable than previous versions, and introduces support for extensions, bookmark syncing, and some HTML5 innovations.
Based on Webkit, the same open-source engine that powers Apple Safari, Google's Android mobile platform, and several other Web-browsing tools, but with a different JavaScript engine, Chrome's interface is a drastic departure from other browsers. Instead of the traditional toolbar, Chrome puts its tabs on top. Moreover, the tabs are detachable: "tabs" and "windows" are interchangeable here. Detached tabs can be dragged and dropped into the browser, and tabs can be rearranged at any time. By isolating each tab's processes, when one site crashes, the other tabs do not.
