I would like to know what program I can use to chain 2 or more proxy servers. I've already tried sockschain, but in some cases it is not able to use some proxy that area recognised as good from other softwares...

Truly said its hard to find chain proxies.
Better complete chain cgi proxies one after another.
Example:
[url]http://first.cgi.proxy/http://second.cgi.proxy/http://thesiteyouwanttosee.com/[/url]
