Not on most home computers.
This question has been asked many times before.

If you fall into both of these categories then [b]yes[/b]:
*. You own a computer without service pack 2 installed
2. Your ISP does not block incoming packets on port *** & 445
Otherwise [b]No[/b]
Without calling them can I find out if if those ports are in fact blocked? If not, how can I manually block them?
Actually, I see that a third party firewall such as Zonealarm does block incoming packets on these ports. Thanks guys, appreciate the responses.
