ProRat Power on/off Monitor Help

I am running a ProRat v*.*SE server on some*s computer.... I found a way to HiJack the computer and I have EVERYTHING WORKING! I can File Browse, Registry edit, etc. and the Hijack(key***rd and mouse) is connected... I have ALL THE FUNICTIONS WORKING! But I have one problem! The person's computer, I am controlling, has turned OFF their monitor.... I know that everything is set up correctly, because i have talked to the person b4 while running it and my screenshots and vid transfer was working... But they turned OFF their monitor. I went into the Funny Stuff tab on ProRat and it has Open and Close Monitor. I clicked Open(because the monitor is off) and still it doesnt work. I tried closing then opening, and still nothing happens. Is there a system file to turn on the Monitor? or anyway to do it from client side of the server?(from my computer)

Why do you want the monitor on? You can view their desktop without it being physically switched on.
