My computer has been freezing and making me shut it down wrong. I did a virus scan with housecall (free) and it said I have two Trojan viruses.
I deleted the first one, but the second one says it cannot be deleted because it's in use with Windows.
I have gone into my registery and deleted it, but it just keeps coming back.
I'm running Windows *8.
The virus is called: Troj Helodor.c
This is what it is saved as: C:\Windows\svchost.exe
Could someone help me delete this? Please walk me STEP by STEP. I know NOTHING about computers, so I basically need to be leaded word by word.
