Pls tell me how to spam his site(he has a forum too, self coded) and crash his server.

If he's coded his own forum, he's probably smart enough to win if you begin some sort of e-war.
Do you mean he actually wrote it, or simply installed a forum package like PHPBB? The latter is simple enough for anyone to do.
