Trojan viruses are detected on my pc and windows security alert cant remove them .wha

Hi, I've tried downloading a file and i did not scan it for viruses before downloading it.now 200 trojan viruses were detected on my system and I couldn't close the window because of it.whenever i click "remove all" from windows security alert, it wont work.what should I have to do?? Anybody can help me out...

your best bet now is to use a ccCleaner or an antivirus to scan your system. do a full scan on your hard drive . and files and delete the affected one.
